Shipping Costs
- Free shipping in India for pre-paid orders above Rs. 1000/-.
- COD orders carry a shipping fee of Rs. 100/-.

Returns, Refund & Exchanges
- Kindly initiate a return/exchange within 2 days of having received the product.
- As a refund, we would issue you store credit valid for an year on our site.
- A custom-order or product purchased under sale-offer can not be returned or exchanged.
Cancellation & Refund
- You can cancel an order until it is shipped.
- Custom orders, however, can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the same account within 10 working days.
